Watermelon-Infused Cold Brew
Ingredients
For the cake
- 1/2 cup strained watermelon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup, to taste (optional)
- ice cubes
- Watermelon slices or mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
For the pudding
- 1/2 cup strained watermelon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup, to taste (optional)

Directions
For the cake
- In a jar or tall cup, combine the water and Javy Coffee Concentrate.
- Fill the cup with ice, pour lemon juice, and top with the watermelon juice. Stir very well.
- Taste the watermelon-infused cold brew and add simple syrup to achieve your desired level of sweetness. Start with 1 tablespoon and adjust as needed, keeping in mind that watermelon adds natural sweetness as well.
- For an extra touch of presentation, garnish the glasses with watermelon slices or a sprig of fresh mint.
